Inspired by the mythological figure Basandere, “the lady of the woods,” Basandere Dry Gin is distilled using the one-shot method and is 100% natural. The recipe brings together native plants and fresh citrus fruits peeled by hand, all sourced from local farmers. Distillation takes place in a traditional copper still, preserving an authentic, fresh character that is deeply tied to Navarra’s biodiversity.

For this project, we partnered with Navarre Spirits to develop a closure solution that met both functional precision and aesthetic sophistication. The result: a custom W-Mix closure, a bar-top system featuring a solid wood head paired with a synthetic pourer engineered for accuracy and control. Beyond its ergonomic pour and leak-proof structure, the choice of wood reflects the brand’s commitment to natural aesthetics and functional elegance — a material selected not only for its durability, but also for its warm, organic character that resonates with Navarre’s refined identity. Each detail was carefully selected to reflect Navarre’s brand identity, while ensuring durability and a premium tactile feel.
