QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISE
Pursuing customer satisfaction and trust is a key activity here at Tapì. Our global quality strategy guides the Group towards achieving our objectives, improving our procedures and performance and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
THE PRINCIPLES UNDERLYING OUR CODE OF ETHICS
The principles set out in the Tapì Code of Ethics identify the fundamental shared values and the essential irrevocable premise underlying the conduct of all Addressees, as they perform their functions. From company directors to employees, consultants and anyone who has a business relationship with the Tapì Group, the Code of Ethics applies to every level of the Organisation and every country where we are present.
SAFE, SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION
Our focus on product quality and innovation is closely linked to a production process based on renewable energy sources. Tapì products are designed to reduce environmental impact, and to be eco-friendly and completely recyclable. The polyethylene used by the Tapì Group for our synthetic product lines is made from ethanol produced from natural raw materials, unlike traditional production processes dominated by non-recyclable polythene.
OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Through our Health and Safety Policy, here at Tapì we evaluate the risk factors involved in our equipment and workplace. The Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (or RSPP) is responsible for managing risk prevention and for health protection measures, for designating and training employees for the Prevention and Protection Service and ensuring adequate training for workers on fire prevention, first aid and emergency management.
