The brief was clear yet complex: conceal the spray pump while preserving visual harmony with Carbaline’s refined style. Technical and aesthetic needs converged – the cap had to slide effortlessly, align perfectly, feel premium in the hand, and remain scalable for industrial production. Above all, it needed to embody Carbaline’s artisanal soul.
The Solution: A dialogue between materials
The answer was found in co-injected construction, combining two materials in one seamless piece:
– Natural beech wood veneer conveys warmth, naturalness, and craftsmanship, echoing Carbaline’s Italian heritage.
– Soft-touch terracotta interior ensures a smooth tactile experience, protects the pump, and harmonizes chromatically with the fragrance’s labels.
– Ergonomic shape guarantees a precise yet pleasant opening and closing, supported by invisible micro-grooves that deliver functionality without force.
The result is not just a cap that covers, but an element that completes, enriches, and elevates the entire bottle design.
This refined design detail had an immediate effect:
