Tap\u00ec S.p.A. s’est engag\u00e9e activement \u00e0 adopter un syst\u00e8me de lancement d’alertes conforme aux dispositions du d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif 24\/2023, connu sous le nom de D\u00e9cret Whistleblowing, en mettant en place des canaux internes pour signaler les violations des lois et r\u00e8glements, du Code \u00e9thique, du Mod\u00e8le organisationnel 231 ainsi que du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e8gles et de proc\u00e9dures en vigueur au sein de Tap\u00ec S.p.A.<\/p>

Ces canaux ne sont pas disponibles pour les r\u00e9clamations commerciales ou pour les contestations et les demandes li\u00e9es \u00e0 des int\u00e9r\u00eats personnels.<\/p>

Ces canaux garantissent la plus grande confidentialit\u00e9 sur les personnes et les faits signal\u00e9s, ainsi que sur l’identit\u00e9 des lanceurs d’alerte, afin que ces derniers ne fassent l’objet d’aucune forme de repr\u00e9sailles.<\/p>
