The 20% left remains to T&amp;G; founder and Managing Director,\u00a0<strong>Mario Conoscenti<\/strong>, who will keep running the company aiming at further strengthening the Group positioning in Central Europe.<\/p>\n\n<p>This transaction allows Tap\u00ec Group the be\u00a0<strong>closer to its Central European customers<\/strong>\u00a0and to enjoy a\u00a0<strong>direct presence<\/strong>\u00a0to further foster the development in the region, that is\u00a0<strong>very promising<\/strong>\u00a0in terms of market opportunities.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Roberto Casini, Tap\u00ec Group CEO<\/strong>, said:\u00a0<em>\u201cThe acquisition of T&amp;G; is another piece of Group strategic plan that falls into place. Through this transaction, we continue along our journey towards the strengthening of the leadership positioning in the premium and super premium beverage closures niche.
