The 20% left remains to T&amp;G; founder and Managing Director,\u00a0<strong>Mario Conoscenti<\/strong>, who will keep running the company aiming at further strengthening the Group positioning in Central Europe.<\/p>\n\n<p>This transaction allows Tap\u00ec Group the be\u00a0<strong>closer to its Central European customers<\/strong>\u00a0and to enjoy a\u00a0<strong>direct presence<\/strong>\u00a0to further foster the development in the region, that is\u00a0<strong>very promising<\/strong>\u00a0in terms of market opportunities.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Roberto Casini, Tap\u00ec Group CEO<\/strong>, said:\u00a0<em>\u201cThe acquisition of T&amp;G; is another piece of Group strategic plan that falls into place.
